Here's a clip from yesterday's leg day. Hitting 315x2. Needed help on that last rep. Not happy with my depth on this lift. I've felt a off this week. Deadlifted on Monday and I did not feel strong at all. Got no where near my max. 😞😭 It's just been one of those weeks smh. We all have them here and there. The important thing is what we do after. Am I just going to sit here, be upset and not try harder next week? Or and I going to use this as motivation to go harder next week to make up for this one?
