The idea is literally just "what if the spamton neo plotline was about sapphic yearning."
Newlo is a glitchy digital pet that contained a virus payload so obvious that no one ever downloaded it. Until a certain lightner was messing with the library computer while trying to find reference material for their own ideal bod like their own cousin.
However, they gave up in frustration not long after. Or rather... embarrassment.
When the Fountain was formed, Newlo felt endebted to the lightner for giving it a home. It wants to encourage them however it can to pursue their dreams, and somewhere within the trash files is the ticket to doing it.
It just needs you to inject its [REDACTED] into that package deep in the trash bin, and it'll surely be strong enough to tell the lightner how beautiful their dream truly is!
Unfortunately, the frustration and resentment from that day seeped into the creation, further amplified by its own bitterness over being alone for so long. Instead of gaining love... Newlo gains LOVE.
