Retro-vintage residential unit in the moshav – 60 sq.m. More and more older people are seeking to create housing solutions for themselves or for profit. Mostly people who are approaching the third age, and live in very large private homes. In moshavim, there is the possibility, in some cases, of splitting the large residence, into several small housing units. All this is contingent on the guidelines of the construction plan, the number of housing units existing in the estate, and the regulations of the Planning and Building Law. The project presented here is a residential unit design project for an elderly person. The unit is part of a larger residential house, and adjacent to it. The unit was designed in accordance with the customer's requirements, and needs, taking into account his age. The unit is entirely decorated in a retro-vintage style, with the furniture inherited by the owner.

Inside, the house was designed according to the special personal taste of its owners, and we created a house of Israeli-israeliappearance together. Detail and decoration attest to the character of the Eshed family. The house was designed in a contemporary style with Mediterranean innuendo and local Eretz Israel elements. The kitchen is decorated according to Greek cuisine, the flooring and ceramics are local Druze and Arabic produce, Moroccan lamps, Israeli art, etc.
