#new thread!

So when she sees a new person lingering around the hotel, curiosity takes over! Especially considering she doesn't always see other animalistic demons that she isn't already familiar with to some degree.

Bee approaches Tia with a slight flick of her tail, a mixture of nervous and excited to meet new people. Though Bee only standing at 5 feet tall does make her a little extra shy! "Oh, uh, hello! I don't think I've seen you around here before. Are you a new resident here, or just meeting a friend?"

*Tia had been lingering at the Hotel, just enjoying the atmosphere and people watching those rushing through the lobby. At the sudden voice, her ears and tails perk, and she turns to face you.*

Well, hello there! Ah, I’m new to the Hotel, but I’ve been in Hell for a long time. I was planning to visit someone, but they don’t seem to be here right now. And I got distracted with watching everyone.

@realest-stan I don't think he's in here. Good thing I have a key, I guess. Do you... well, not see, I guess. It doesn't look like they're here, but all the lights are on and --- well, his apartment is always kind of a mess, so that means nothing.

Starting a new thread since the old one was getting a little bit long! And I will start it with a kitty because all good threads should start with a gif of a floof.

If my shoes were big enough Simba would totally do this.

The new GP was very nice, I think the most telling part was that I instantly relaxed once we were in her office even though I'd been fretting in the waiting room. I had a few funny looks from other patients because I've stopped hiding my flappy hands stims when I'm stressed but she made me feel safe.

Dad's rash is almost gone so with any luck things will be back to normal for him soon! Which is a relief, he deserves to just enjoy his retirement and shit keeps happening to stress him out. He and Mum are going to the mainland for some concerts soon so I think that'll be good, and I've already volunteered to kitty-sit!

I really hope everything does settle down and you can start your hobbies again! I used to like swimming as a kid but when I was about 16 I suddenly could not stand the scent of chlorine and I straight up can't with sea water so I don't really do it any more. I love going out for a ride on my motorscooter sometimes though, when the weather is clear and warm, and of course curling up in the sun with a view to the mountains and a good book is a joy that just can't be beat :D I used to do pottery but the pandemic really killed the local place that did lessons and I've no idea if they've opened up again.

1. had my favourite noodle soup for lunch today and it helped ease the tension headache i had

2. had a nice dinner… and after dinner i watched haikyuu while folding laundry and sipping on a blueberry pineapple smoothie!!! it was refreshing and sweet

John doesn’t want to laugh because Rip definitely finds this difficult, but it’s really hard not to be amused by his friend’s utter lack of experience in this department. He allows himself a smile, but it attempts to be understanding.

“You can ask me. You know I like girls and boys, we’ve talked about that... and how I wasn’t sure how to deal with that at first.”

He shrugs. He doesn’t want to make this all about him. The realisation of his bi-sexuality was gradual, but it felt so right that he didn’t have to “choose a side”. He hates that metaphor anyway - sex isn’t about sides, it’s about people. He just happens to be attracted to both men and women.

He gets the impression that Rip hasn’t ever really thought about who he’s attracted to, or really much about the act of sex itself. He’s probably just a late bloomer and John would much rather he explained things to Rip than some of the other people that they know. He shudders to think about what Muppet’s take on all of this would be.
