Not lost, not found
Home, was an apartment in Silvermoonâs row. Left open for friends to come and go.  For other thieves to try and take her items only to receive the brunt end of her engineered traps. Home, was that apartment where everything was smashed together, nothing of true value cluttered in the tiny one room.  Ghosts of her past haunted the area, lovers that failed, pets that past on, paints of emotions, collections found along the way, all memories of her home. Â
Home was not this place, she currently roamed through. Her clothing and weapons all stuffed into one bag.  For she played that she was in need of a *home*.  Â
Onyx had told the leader she was in search of a place to call her own. For she could not go home.  Months had been ripped from her, time had been abused from the womanâs mind. One gamble played wrong left her cursed, no way she could return to the memories she once loved.Â
Of course physically she would sleep in her apartment once more. Talk to her friends of the past, smile, tease, flirt, and pretend. Would they see the change? Could the sense her own poison?
True her current group could be like a family if she allowed herself to grow close to them, yet trust was something broken over her scarred back more than twice. A simple goal was to blend in, to pretend to be part of the monsters so she could learn of her own.
