Hibari gulps a bit, the pudgy shinobi knocking on the door. Even as her hand rapped against the wood, she could see the scar that traveled down her arm.She had gotten it during her last mission; she had misjudged how long her opponent would take to run up to her, kunai slicing through skin.
And it was this wound that broke the shinobi’s back. She never wanted to live this life. She had to get out, somehow, before she ended up dead or broken. But she couldn’t just quit being a shinobi...Being the only one with the Kagan in the family, their responses to such an act...She couldn’t bear to think about it.
But there was another way out. Some of her fellow classmates had been bloating up for a while now... Unnoticeable at first, it had progressed to such an extent that now one of them was practically immobile, not capable of much more than eating and sleeping. And more importantly, she didn’t go on missions anymore.
But she wouldn’t be able to do it herself. She was inexperienced, and her plan would be figured out well before it could come to fruitation. She needed help...and what better help than the second-heaviest student in the school?
