W3D3: 3” Deficit Deadlift ———————————————————————— 3” deficit deadlift @ 345x5x2 Stiff legged deadlift Close grip pulldown Hip thrusters Hip abduction ———————————————————————— I actually failed my 4th set of deficit deadlifts cause of my hips but I dropped the deficit down to 1.5” and finished the last two sets. At the end of the day it’s still picking weights up and putting them down. Overall not a bad session but could’ve definitely been better. Never let up.
