I look around me and all I see is white. White snow White doors And white faces. White faces with blank stares that imitate how I feel never knowing you. Empty Vacant And alone. Alone because I know that it was only ever my fault, The barren look in my dull eyes are testimony to that, To the white wasteland that is my confidence when it comes to you. At least you gave me a glimmer of the sun before I walked with my white despair. So why does this colorless horror feel remarkably vivid? Because it's not without color, It's a reflection of all the hues. And its not a nightmare, It's a bite of reality. -cmc
