1. Place you’d like to travel to most? Anywhere in Europe, honestly. I loved it for the two and a bit weeks I was there...I think it'd just be fun to take a train or something, tour around as many countries as I could fit in one trip. But I'd definitely like to go back, take a trip to Scotland and Russia next time.
2. One food you couldn’t live without? Paaaaasta. Holy fuck I would die in a day if I didn't have pasta. I can and will eat it for any/all meals ever, if I were allowed. So. Definitely pasta.
3. The first CD album you remember owning yourself? You'll probably laugh. But. Hanson. Saved up my allowance and everything.
4. Would you live in the place you grew up for the rest of your life? Charlotte? Uh, hell no. I actually really don't like living here. My dream has always been to live in D.C. at one point, because I've always loved it there. But long term, I'd actually like to live somewhere abroad. Europe, Asia, maybe somewhere in Peru, who knows.
5. A sweatshirt and leggings or blouse and jeans? Uh. Can it actually be a sweatshirt and jeans? Because that's pretty much my default outfit. But if forced to choose, I suppose a sweatshirt and leggings is acceptable. My torso is too weird for proper blouses that don't look frumpy and shapeless on me, so...
6. Favorite movie from childhood? Pft. No contest. The Lion King.
7. What’s a book that means a lot to you? On the sole factor that it was the first true novel my dad read with me, The Hobbit. We would sit on the couch right before he left for work at my bedtime and we'd read it together. He did voices and everything. If I ever have kids, I'd like to do the same.
8. Do you collect anything? Uh. Not really? Oh. Hot Wheels/Matchbox cars, but only the models that I really like. And it's not really collecting so much as squirreling away my favorites before Mom donated the rest to Goodwill.
9. If you had to stay one age forever, what age would it be? I think I'd like to be 30. Old enough that I'm hopefully at least established in my career, kind of know where I'm going with life. Not too young, not too old.
10. Favorite quote? "Sometimes, you gotta run before you can walk." -Tony Stark, Iron Man
11. Is there someone you have admired from a young age? I want to sound profound or whatever and say like Clinton or something, but the long and short of it is I've always admired my mom. Sure, we butt heads a lot, but she worked her ass off to get where she is, and raised two kids out of it too. I only hope I can be a fraction of the person she is when I get out there in the world.
