But for real - I head canon that Trost is like a medium-sized, U.S. Midwestern city - relatively cheap cost of living. Jean isn't exactly making the most money over here (at least not anymore, RIP corporate ladder), but he is very money savvy. He's frugal on most things (he's had the same beater car for *years* and rarely eats out).

This gives him room to splurge on things important to him. PLUS he's a hotel rewards member, so he's racking up those points and getting discounts and the occasional free night.

I gave Wild World a chance for the past week, I didn't even necessarily hate it, but in the past couple days I was already growing a bit tired of it. Anyways, today I tried to be good and cut out some time for it, although I hate the idea of a videogame turning into an actual daily task, and after almost one hour of gameplay I accidentally exited the game without saving.

... And, on top of all that work being lost (and mind you, it was really hard work for me today because I was barely enjoying it anymore), I open the game again and I have to be scolded by a fucking mole?? I ain't having any of it, not only I accidentally closed the game without saving and losing what was basically an entire day of in-game work (bc I was literally about to turn it off normally, it was really just an incident), but I also have to be treated like a lazy cheater by a fucking NPC????

I ain't having any of it. I turned it off again, without saving (because fuck you) and I won't ever turn it on again. I've accidentally lost years-long Pokémon save files that I cared a lot more about, full of friends and experiences I truly treasured, and no stupid NPC ever tried to guilt trip me over it while assuming I was SRing for a good IVs Legendary or something like that. I ain't letting a crappy NPC assuming stuff about me and trying to instill guilt in me over a fucking game. Hope you like not existing at all anymore ever on my device, fucking loser.
