juxtaneu :: gender relative to but separate from neutral

redesign of the juxtaneu flag in the format of the juxera flag! both other flags give me eyestrain, so! dark, cool green represents the pull away from neutral/neutrois, green represents neutral & neutrois & yellow is abinarity & ambiguity. they go from light to dark and cool to warm to represent the neutral spectrum & the broad experiences that can fit under this label :] (smile emoticon)

I decided to redesign the maveresque flag (left) and the neutresque flag (right) while I was bored.
