Are Opals still a good choice for someone who...
im concluding youre the person for this bc you seem to know a shit ton about it. whats my power rock vees
I havenāt really run fast and loose in the gemstones and crystals and assorted metaphysical bullshit community in a long time, so I donāt know that my knowledge is particularly special or laudable. I am 110% sure there are, like, blogs where people specifically study gemstone shit and take questions on it, I feel like I followed one once, back in the day.
Consider staurolite. While perhaps not the most stunning stone to look at
Staurolite is pretty fucking rad overall. First off, it just sort of makes that plus shape (or x shape) totally on its own, without being carved or anything.
More importantly, staurolite has three major, like, traits. First of all: fairies. Like, goddamn, this is one of the stones that people genuinely refer to as fairy stones.Ā
While not especially powerful in its own rights, it will controlĀ almost anything. Pair it with that opal_lapis combo I keep ranting about like an asshole, and suddenly you donāt need to worry so much about the wholeĀ āvolatile outbursts and excessive stress reactionsā thing.
Basically, staurolite is a stone for dealing with stupid, stupid, stupid shit on a constant basis. Great for casually sidestepping overload and stress induced outbursts and all that kind of stuff. It ties back into the wholeĀ ācontrolling thingsā thing. It doesnāt just help put you in control of your other stones or works, but specifically helps you keep control over yourself, and thereby helps you deal with any number of bullshit things.
In addition, itās specifically a stone used for easing the transition between life stages and personal growth, helping to smooth over all the weird bullshit and keep you moving forward through it all.
