And tonight was the first time the people from all the kingdoms royal courts would meet. “Hold still Scar, or I’m going to stab you with this sowing needle” Stress hissed at Scar. “You do that and I’ll have you thrown in my dungeons” Scar teased back. Princess False poked her head in and mocked Scar. “Bla bla bla my dungeons: Scar you’re not even in line for the throne yet” False said poking Scar with her newly painted fake nails. “Plus, King Xisuma wouldn’t allow Stress to be thrown in the dungeon after what she sacrifi-…....” Mumbo cut off remembering that topic of conversation was off limits. “Sorry lady Stress, I forgot” Mumbo’s ears drooped as he saw the glimmer of pain flash across Stresses gaze. Stress patted Mumbo on the head as the taller bent down to help Scar tie his dress shoes.

“It’s okay L’ove” Stress said softly, though Mumbo could tell it still hurt to even talk about even after a year. “Come on you slow pokes! The ball’s going to start in an hour?” The middle aged court redstonist Tango yelped as he rain by. The others giggled as he vanished into the hallway again. “I bet you he’s excited to see his polycule.” False giggled. Tango’s partners were from several of the different kingdoms. Timmy from the long lost Evo kingdom, Impulse from the Imp kingdom, Zedaph the Jellie kingdom redstone designer and illustrator, and Skizz from the Phasmo empire. Mumbo remembered meeting them all on separate occasions, Timmy was the newest since the Evo kingdom had only gotten out of a frozen spell three and a half years ago. It had been frozen and forgotten for centuries.
