This restaurant has several locations around the city and thank goodness! It’s always packed with locals and Tays (westerners) alike, which to me is a sign of a great spot. Find the one nearest you and now you have your lunch plans. 

Our favorite dish here is not actually Bun Bo Hue, but Bun Thit Nuong which is a sweet but savory pork noodle dish. 

Bun Thit Nuong?  -Bun noodles (thin, white vermicelli) -Roasted Pork bits -Veg (carrot, sprouts, daikon) -Peanuts -Mint -Sweet broth in a little bowl Here you have a few options of add-ins on each table: vinegar, fresh chili paste, sea salt. I always add a smidge of chili paste and some vinegar. Find your perfect blend. Add your extras to the broth and then pour the little bowl into the big bowl. Grab chopsticks and a metal spoon and dig in! 

Some other popular dishes here are: -Bun Bo Hue: beef soup from the Hue region (with congealed blood) -Nem Lui: pork roasted on lemongrass skewers, used to make your own fresh spring rolls at the table -Che: icy sweet porridge is a nice finish to any meal
