While coping with loss, seeing old photography friends of mine has been restorative and healing. I went to @nesop_boston with @annakwalshphotography and @samquinnstuff roughly ten years ago. When embarking on a new career, sharing experiences and ideas with others whom I’ve learned the trade with has been more helpful and valuable than I could have imagined. When we get together we reminisce for sure, but the true joy is hearing what still stokes the creative fires inside of us. It’s a solid reminder than my decisions have been correct which grants me the courage to push beyond my own boundaries. While all relationships should be cherished, most of which should be the oldest ones because that trust has been tested.
