This was honestly the most work I've ever done.

I live in Orange County and I drove to the Valley to pick up crew and then out past Lancaster, CA to the high desert (near Edward's AFB) every morning in time for dawn.  We had to be there at first light.

It was extremely rewarding.  I did the natural makeup and I worked with an awesome fx artist named Conor and we did the makeup on all the actors.  Some of the men refused to let ME do thier makeup.  I guess they thought it was for sissies but they were cool with the blood and bruises Conor did.

I'm excited for when the movie comes out.  It was produced by an Australian company so, I'm not sure if there will be an American screening.

Note to male actors--it's NOT sissy-like to have natural makeup done. Our job as makeup artists is to make you look natural and believable on camera.  Everybody on a film crew is there to make the movie as believable as humanly possible.  Let ALL of us do our jobs.
