     He was known for being an asshole - and that’s certainly the reputation that he would carry on his back. It’s not one he enjoyed it, but rather one that he had embraced.

                   rivalry was in his blood, a thick and heavy syrup that drew through every vein and artery with a feverish touch. his father and brother both to be partial in blame, and his mates who he’d grown along side only fueled such fire and determination. however, his means of competition was seen upon the field -- the halls were vacant of any semblance of the heady concoction. shoulders are brushed and bumped by his mates who roar with laughter and enthusiasm and he cannot deny that it draws a bold grin across his maw, eyes shifting from his friends and teammates to the passing students and idle bodies lingering along the corridor. elbow stabs into his ribs gaining his attention as words are whispered, “ wood watch this. “ brows arch high upon his forehead as his gaze follows the others to narrow in on the green robes settled against the nook of the hall. a prominent frown stapling itself to his lips as they continue to get closer, the spell uttered beneath his breath something muddled and sloppy. gaze lifts to the candle above that glows with light, a firmer sheen of distaste on his lips as he pushes forward. arm sweeping the back of his freshly washed robes over the top of dark locks as hot wax spills over and splaying against his dressings, head shifting to look back at his teammates as they pause frowns taking their lips. “ c’mon mate it was a perfectly fit joke! “
