I've decided to subject more people to my favorite niche subgenre of steampunk: nerfpunk.
The hell is nerfpunk I hear you ask. It's steampunk's obnoxious, lazy cousin. A lot of people paint and modify nerf for steampunk. But what do you do if you don't have the time/skill to do it or the money to commission? You embrace the nerf exactly as it is.
If you look up the nerfpunk tag here, you'll see some more though it's more familiar nerf colors: green, blue, orange, etc. When the short-lived Nerf Rebelle line came out I knew what I had to do with some lace I really screwed up dyeing while making Neo from RWBY.
The Rebelle line was really pretty and I'm sad it didn't survive.
