#nerdten

Sweet jesus, I’m tired. It’s kinda shocking how much I work for something that doesn’t earn money yet.... but I LOVE it! Today I created a demo video for my amazing voiceactress for the next upcoming project. I also recovered from a dreadfully exciting night and ate some pistaccios. And I spent about two hours chatting on facebook, so that’s my day for you. Nerdten visited this weekend (probably one reason why I used the word “dreadfully” ) and as I’m still not talking about much else than youtube, we discussed why he liked Raider’s Tale far more than the other videos. What he WANTED to say was that it dealt with a topic that was serious and true and which nobody wants to deal with on a daily basis. What he repeatedly SAID though (he was pretty drunk already) was a very dedicated “You see, NOBODY WANTS TO SEE THIS!” I laughed, nodded in agreement and tried to add something to the conversation, but he just grabbed my shoulder tighter and repeated right into my ear: “YOU KNOW, LIKE... NOBODY! NOBODY AT ALL, DUDE!” He went on betting that one month from now Raider’s Tale would be by far the most successful video on my channel, while I just chuckled to myself. I love you dude.

Ein noch ein wenig zerzauster Matt

Wer Freunde nicht zu schätzen weiß, hat meist auch keine verdient. Ich muss zugeben, dass ich sie während meiner letzten Beziehung ziemlich vernachlässigt habe, aber das soll auf keinen Fall nochmal passieren. Meine zwei engsten Freunde seh ich zwei bis drei Mal die Woche, manchmal auch öfter, wir erzählen uns sehr viel und sind füreinander da, egal ob ein Wingman (oder Wingwoman), ein Lieferservice, ein Kredithai oder einfach eine Schulter zum Ausheulen gebraucht wird. Wir wetten hin und wieder und stellen dem Verlierer dann bescheuert-witzige Aufgaben als Einsatz, gehen gemeinsam schwimmen oder in die Stadt, machen Spieleabende, usw. Mein engster Freundeskreis ist wie eine Familie für mich geworden. Ich hab sie unheimlich gern.

Dieses Gespräch hat sich genau so vor 10 Minuten zugetragen, ungeplant und ohne vorherige Absprache. Ich: Captain, what are your orders Nerdten: bin in 10 min da, mom Nerdten: so, bin da. Nerdten: WHAT DO YOU ASK OF ME, MORTAL Ich: Oh your magnificence, what are you wishing of us lowlifes to fulfill our duties tonight? Ich: We thrive to serve Nerdten: HOW DO YOU INTEND TO FEED ME VIRGIN SACRIFICES? Ich: Master, there are many suitable offerings crowding in one place, called the 3 monkeys Ich: We can conquer it in no time Nerdten: FINALLY THE TIME HAS COME Nerdten: I AM GROWING STRONGER BY THE MINUTE Ich: On the other hand, some of our replaceable allies are planning on invading other locations in the area Nerdten: SOON MY DARKNESS WILL REACH THAT MYSTICAL LAND OF THREE MONKEYS Ich: We could join them to compete for the loot they earned Nerdten: WHO ARE THOSE OTHER ALLIES YOU SPEAK OF Nerdten: AND WHICH OFFERINGS DO THEY BRING? Ich: Pimpknight Robinson is keeping herself a juicy 20 year old as company for tonight, according to our reports Ich: They still do not know where they will land, as troop movement reports arent in yet Nerdten: GOOD, GOOD Nerdten: ARE THERE ANY MORE MISFIT SOULS RIPE FOR REAPING? Aber ich gewöhne mich dran über sowas hinwegzusehen, wie über so vieles. Ich war aufgebracht und hab den beiden was erzäht, das schon. Heidi meinte sogar, so sauer hat sie mich in 7 Jahren noch nicht gesehen (was ich bezweifle, I've seen some serious shit already), aber letztendlich schaff ich es, die kleine Furie in ein Taxi zu verfrachten, ärger mich darüber dass ich jetzt doch noch Eintritt zahlen muss, immerhin hab ich das Lokal verlassen, aber letztendlich atmet man durch und zurück im Lokal kommt mir schon Nerdten mit einem Lippenstiftabdruck auf der Wange entgegen und schenkt mir den Blick der mich sicher sein lässt, dass der Abend noch nicht vorbei ist. ;)
