Can I have your attention please, this is Dennis Perone and he passed away in 2018 and for people in California he was the man who wrote California's #Prop215 Ballot Measure legalese that was simply two typed pages of legal text that granted rights and left nothing to interpretation. It easily passed and opened the door for other states to adopt similar measures. Finally Colorado legalized it and none of that would have been possible without Mr. Perone and his Proposition 215.
