Mardi 19 Novembre : Elections au Népal. Ambiance à Katmandu.
1. Femmes et Hommes attendent séparément devant l'isoloir. Ici le vote se déroule sur un terrain de football.
2. Difficile de trouver tous les électeurs. On s'embrouille un peu dans les listes..
3 et 4. De nombreux militaires surveillent les rues pour le bon déroulement de l'élection.
5. Tous les commerces sont fermés, interdiction de circuler avec un véhicule: la ville est méconnaissable !
6. Les jeunes peuvent jouer au foot dans les grandes artères de la ville.
7. Le gouvernement a imposé 4 jours de congés pour les élections. On se repose en attendant les résultats du vote.
8. Le dépouillement du vote n'est pas terminé mais pour le moment c'est le parti du Congress (centre droit) qui arrive vainqueur. Les maoistes (arrivés 3ème) contestent les résultats et dénoncent des fraudes. Affaire à suivre...
