The Yenah! This neopet has an insatiable appetite for gross food; because of this, they are often spotted lurking around the rubbish dump. Their tongues are super tough and it's not uncommon for them to investigate new things by licking them~ This was my neocreation week entry (only managed one day since the timing was absolutely HORRID--the contest would be announced right before my work shift and then I had a few hours once I was home if I could manage staying up until 3am) Was going for a hyena inspired neopet. Oops on accidentally copying xweetok ears x_o
VOILA! I know I’m late (and I also don’t have a twitter blegh) but here’s my crack at a new neopet design! I call it the Preytuff and it is based on perytons and water deer, with a little bit of vampire mixed in.Â
Preytuffs are notoriously mischievous, nocturnal creatures who are known to playfully roughhouse with other neopets. They often get TOO rough, however, which leads many to be afraid of their unpredictable nature. They thrive in the coldest parts of Neopia. Preytuffs don’t get along well with Eyries.Â

This is Zalott, the neopet I made for NeoCreationWeek yesterday! It’s axolotl-based, though it’s half mammal and therefore can live either on land or in the water. Rather than living in the deep waters of Maraqua, it prefers the lakes and rivers of Faerieland (only since it fell to the ground), Kiko Lake, and Shenkuu. Zalott’s typically have a friendly demeanor and enjoy spending days on the surface interacting with a variety of other species. More shy zalott’s spend most of their time in deeper lakes, but enjoy the company of a few friends and like watching the surface from afar. Mischievous zalott’s will poke their heads above the water to squirt powerful streams of water from their mouth at people passing by before hiding back in the water!
