Watching their ears go flat as they get flustered, VERY cute.
Trying to play games, and having them climb into your lap for attention.
Neighbor’s dog barking? You’re a thing to cuddle and hide by now, they’re not letting go of you until the dog stops.
It’s a cold night, you’re a warm person, need I say more? You’re getting cuddled, end of story.
Seeing them covering their face like cats so while napping.
In general, getting to see all the pretty colors and patterns nekos would have would be adorable.
Head and ear scratches
Their tail just flicking around is very cute.
Little. Fangs. So fucking cute.
Something startling the neko and they run to you out of instinct
Helping them keep their fur nice; gently combing or smoothing it down.
Same with their hair. Running your hand through their hair to calm it down and having moments where they lean into your hand and look all happy
Cuddling and they start to purr, very very very cute
They randomly fixate on a bird outside. Or butterflies.
3 am and they’re hyper as hell until you call them back to bed with the promise of cuddles.
They’re quite quiet, so you get startled pretty often. Very worth it though considering how cute they are.

Absolutely love the idea of having someone's hands gently holding your waist from behind.
Bonus if you're smaller than them and they can rest their head on top of yours.
I think it's just the idea of someone's hands holding you steady that I adore, the way you can feel completely protected by just a small bit of contact is wonderful.

Once the friends leave the owner treats the neko with some sweet candy or milk for getting through the night.
If the neko is bratty they get mad at the owner for bringing their friends over, but are eventually calmed down with lots of love and praise.
The neko learns they can get lots of praise and affection from the owners friends, so they are rather happy when the owner suggests they come around more often!
