Basically, it's just the Eri Rescue Squad taking her ice skating. Mirio is teaching her. Izuku is currently flying away because Ochaco was a little flustered at holding his hands (after he fell flat on his face). Nejire is seeing if her boyfriend is okay (she and Tamaki are dating in my fics, btw). Kirishima is talking to Tsu on the bleachers. Aizawa came to 'supervise' (which just means taking a nap on the bleachers).
Side note: I don't really know how to draw bleachers; they kind of just look like stripes.
