#3, ya nerd.
You know, I thought answering this was going to be easy. And then it wasn't. My first reaction was like "I...don't know. I mean, I sure yell at it a lot." 😅 But obviously I do love it - I sure don't do recreational maths - so...after some reflection...
3. what makes you love writing? It’s something in between need, or compulsion, for making a moment permanent, I think. I love that when I’m writing, that is the world that I’m in, and I love that immersion. And I love that when I’m done, I can revisit that moment at will, easily, solidly. A tangible record of internal adventures that I get to keep and revisit. It’s something that I’ve done for as long as I’ve been able to do it – I wrote my first 'story' at 4; I still have it – and it’s hard to quantify exactly why this is a thing that I love (despite the many, MANY times it drives me nuts, lol) but it’s inarguable that I do love it. I want to make my internal worlds as externally real as I can, maybe, and this is the most effective way I have of doing so. I've been dissatisfied by reality for as long as I can remember.
deancas being all flirty and banter-y before a kiss but they're both trying SO HARD to get the last word in so it takes them like 10 minutes to actually kiss and they're basically just sitting there w their faces less than an inch apart and they are both smiling so stupidly and yeah
“Do you enjoy crime series; those TV shows made by humans? If you happen to do so, would you like to watch it with me? For the fun of it we could try to solve the case before it unfolds. ”
In short: she's lonely af & enjoys his company enough to spend time with him with her guard half down
Crime series? Usually liked the real life one where more interesting humans actually need to solve it. A show of one though might be interesting.
"I wouldn't mind watching it, seems interesting to watch."
Be honest he rarely watches tv. Its the first Loki ever agreed on, he liked her company will admit it.
pokes the fiancée because too beautiful to be real
brows furrow, lips beset in a half-smile and a half-frown. The sharp set of his jaw only emphasized by his confusion. The prodding finger. The almost intense pensive way she focused on that particular spot before she remembered he seemed to be real and looked up at him with a certain awe that seemed out of place with the woman who was going to lead them into war. But it’s that very look that finally pulls out the smile from his lips. The confusion to make way for amusement and for sharpness to fade to soft and tender.
“ What are you doing, love?” He asks, clipping her chin gently. “ Trying to make sure I’m real?” He asks, pressing a small kiss to her nose to punctuate his question, further emphasizing his tangibility if she needed further evidence. “ Or is there some new trick up your sleeve I’ve missed. “ —— @metuant / his fiance’s a nerd.

Step 1: Okay, maybe I’ll just make their house in the sims, for spatial continuity. That sounds like a good use of an afternoon. It’s a reference!
Step 2: Making new sims and picking out outfits is my favorite part anyway, sooo let’s just do that. It’ll be cute to see them walking around the neighborhood when I play other households anyway.
Step 3: Okay, but they need jobs so some other sims can meet them at work. So they need skills. And friends. And we’ll throw them in a few clubs so they can meet other people there too.
Step 4: god help me, I’ve got a fully functional household with Harry and Voldemort and all their children.
Step 5: Fuck it, I’m throwing Christmas dinner for my OCs, this is just what I do for fun now:
(From the bottom left: Ivy, Cori, Q, Voldemort, Phaedra, Harry, Aura. The kid is Q’s from a one night stand with Mary Magdalene, because this neighborhood is populated by a madcap mix of fictional characters and historical figures. Also I do have actual faceclaims for them all. Also if you’ve only played Sims 1-3, Sims 4 has come so far both in terms of autonomy and multitasking, as everyone here actually got food and sat down and ate and talked on their own. Also *insert ‘neeeerds’ gif*)
(*nods* Yup definitely my son. He is precious boy, needs more family, Pack will take him in, give him good food, teach him much things, Shou is definitely welcome to come along too)
