Do the thoughts you try to forget about come back up to the surface at the most inconvenient times

First time in a few months that I'd been able to sit down and actually study something and write something. Of course this is barely where I was a year back but it's still progress. People need to realize that regardless of all the judgements that they pass down, there is more to people like us and we are trying out best. I wish I could get my concentration back.
