pedro saying that since japan he has regularly been losing feeling in three fingers on his right hand (if it is carpal tunnel that's the median nerve affecting the tips and underside of the thumb first second and like half the third finger. afaik) and it's better at some tracks and worse at others - when it's at its worst he can't tell how much pressure he's putting on the brake lever (!) which is supposedly why he retired so suddenly today
