NDT UV light is an important source in non-destructive test applications aimed mostly at surface defects, e.g., cracks, leaks, and corrosion. Ultraviolet (UV) light highlights defects due to fluorescent materials' glow, thus enabling inspection. This method is widely employed in aerospace, automotive, and manufacturing industries to ensure quality control and maintenance. It is widely used on metals, plastics, and composites. Integrity and safety are ensured with said inspections without affecting the component's overall performance.
