The new cast of NddP was announced few days ago. I was pretty excited, but actually, eh, I didn't really know these guys (except Daniel Lavoie obvs) and shame on me tbh.
So here's a recap of who is who, who is from where, who has already perform for this show, etc.

Richard Charest – Gringoire
Born on October, 14th 1970 (45yo) in Québec.
He played Phoebus many times between 1999-2005 (in France, Canada and Liban).
He then played Gringoire in Asia and France, and lately (2012-2015) during the international tour passing in Russia, Japan, Korea.
So, he's pretty familiar with the play.
He's in music business since he's 16
He has write/cowrite few theatral stuff which one about Rimbaud, I don't really know what it is.

Hiba Tawaji – Esmeralda
Born on December, 10th 1987 (28yo) in LebanonÂ
She speaks arabic, french and english.
She's a singer but also an actress and a director.
She's mostly know in France bc she made The Voice in 2015 and ended up 5th.
She is a soprano and her voice can go on 4 octaves.
She has released two albums and is working on a french one.
She directed some of her MV.
She already played in many musicals (she had 4 lead female roles), notably in Don Quixotte.

Born on March, 17th 1949 (67yo) in Manitoba, Canada (in a french speaking area). He's bilingue tho.
He's a singer-songwriter-composer and is really mostly known for being the original Frollo.
And for his song Ils s'aiment (1984), tbh.
He wrote songs for other famous artists as Céline Dion too.
He published a book of poetry in 2011, Finutilité.
He also acted in some movies.

Angelo Del Vecchio – Quasimodo
Born on August, 2nd 1991 (24yo) in Benevento, Italy.
He played in Richard Cocciante's Giulietta & Romeo after which he has played Quasimodo in italian and in english.
He had also played Clopin sometimes.
Richard Cocciante considered him like a son so I guess they have worked together a lot.
He performed in other Italian plays.

Martin Giroux – Phoebus
Born May, 23rd 1979 (37yo) in Québec.
In 2001, he was one of the finalists of Tout nouveau, tout show, a canadian song contest.
In 2004, he wins Star Académie in Canada.
He was Bruno Pelletier's understudy (and a chorus) in Dracula, entre l'amour et la mort (2006) which was his first step in musicals.Â
He has made three albums.
He was on a show in tribute to Joe Dassin and on Party Time (a musical? idk).
He was part of a show, Plamondon, which covers Plamondon's songs at Montreal.Â
He seems to have done other stuff but I fail at understanding what exactly is everything tho.

Alizée Lalande – Fleur-de-Lys
I have no idea how old she could be, and I guess she's french but idk.
She studied theater in Ateliers du Sudden and in Bourg la Reine with Gaëtan Paul as teacher.
She studied singing for 4 years, violin for 6y, piano for 3y.
She has her music theory's diploma.
She can dance (modern, classical & oriental)
In 2011 and 2012 she played on two episodes of Le jour où tout a basculé (french tv.. stuff)
On 2011-2012 she played on several plays
She played Clara on Plus Belle la Vie (french tv show) during season 9 (2013)
On 2015 she was in two musicals : Le Voyage extraordinaire de Jules Verne (as Anna Verne) & Le Bal des vampires - le musical.Â

Born on April 7th, 1979 (37yo) in France.
He was a member of Poetic Lover from 1997 to 2000.
And a member of the RnB & hip-hop band Class Vegas in 2001.
In 2002 he had a minor role in the musical Cindy, by Luc Plamondon. It's a modern version of Cinderella. It wasn't really a success.
Since 2013 he's part of Vigo Bamy Jay, a soul trio.Â
