My dearest love, my one and only, Hakyeonnie ♡ You didn’t think I’d miss out this year’s birthday message, did you? I wanted the day to stretch out as much as possible. For you to receive numerous greetings, messages & love (as I know you would) from your family, friends and fans all over the globe. (hence, one last wish before the clock strikes 12 ^^) As always, it is my fervent wish and ardent hope that you’ll always be healthy and happy. No matter your age, your youthful endurance and passionate ambition has inspired all of us to be better and I am deeply humbled by that. Thank you for being the man, son, brother, uncle, friend and teacher that you are. A source of motivation for many, you’ve always stood tall in adversities yet modest in your successes. In the many birthdays to come, I hope to see an even greater fighting spirit and the wondrous joy that you have in your eyes. For all your love and hard work, thank you my dearest Cha Hakyeon. You’ve never once failed us and we’re incredibly proud of you.  An immense thank you to Hakyeon’s eomonim and abeonim for raising such a fine man over the years.
