The White Widow was not known for being someone who skipped out on events, especially when they involved charity. It confused some people that someone who dealt in weaponry and stayed mostly in the shadows would be so heavily involved in fundraising, however she had a particular soft spot for them. This event had many notorious names in attendance, some there to do their own shady dealings under the guise of good will, and admittedly, so was she. She was to meet a potential buyer in a hotel room on the tenth floor of the building, and it was where she was heading in that moment.
Gathering up the skirt of her silver gown to move with ease, Alanna stepped into the elevator and pressed the button she required. It was going to be a peaceful ride to her destination, escaping the hustle and bustle of the party, however that changed when she heard someone sprinting to catch the lift. A hand stopped the doors from closing and the blonde stepped aside to allow them room, only to find her eyes landing on a familiar face.

She couldn’t help but laugh softly at his initial confusion, finding the man kind of amusing. Ever since she arrived at the room to meet him, there had been something very likable about him, not to mention him not having the usual ‘lets just get it done with’ approach that many of her clients had. “It’s ok.
