- Gojo has a lot of unresolved trauma due to his childhood. Being born in the Gojo clan with his infinity and the six eyes meant he was to be honored but also endangered.

- Gojo’s mother died when he was very young (4 y.o.) during an assassination attempt on Gojo. She saved his life by giving up hers.

- Gojo’s father was a more pragmatic and cold man. He always saw his son as a means to an end. More like an asset and symbol of power/status.

- The closest thing to affection he received during his childhood was from a servant called Sayuri. An old maid who took care of him since he was born.

- Satoru always cared for her until she died of old age when he was 14. It was one of the most painful events in his life

- Satoru told everything about his childhood to reader the night he told her he loved her. It was the first time he let someone fully in.

- The amount of trust Satoru has in reader is unparalleled. She is the only person able to bypass his infinity anytime because he wills it so.

- Reader swore to Gojo never to talk about his past, she shared his pain and chose to keep the secret for his safety. Gojo loves her even more because of this. Reader protects Gojo despite the fact he is the strongest, she allows him to be vulnerable with her knowing he is safe in her arms.

Geto:

- Suguru was born in a loving home. His parents didn’t have much money but they were in love and happy.

- He was an only child.

- When his powers started manifesting his dad, also a sorcerer was the one to train him and show him how to use his power instead of allowing them to consume him.

- Geto and Gojo met at 16 when they were both enrolled in jujutsu high. Immediately, they became very close.

- Geto’s family would welcome Suguru back home for holidays, birthdays and other celebrations. More than happy to also receive Satoru along with him.

- Gojo always envied Geto’s family and all the love he had.

- Geto became very close to reader since they both share similar taste in music and books. Satoru would call you both book worms but nevertheless he would make sure to know what titles you both wanted to read so he could have a constant supply of reading material coming for the both of you.

- Geto taught reader how to cook Japanese food! Since reader is foreign she had to learn and Suguru was the best teacher.

Reader:

- Was born out of Japan (Your/ Country)

- Never met her father since he died when she was 8 months old.

- Reader’s mother was a cultured, elegant and well educated woman who worked very hard as a Psychiatrist to provide a good life for herself and reader.

- Reader’s mother is the reason why she started dancing ballet.

- Reader’s mother died when she was 18.

- Reader has been dancing ballet professionally and making a living out of it since she was 15. She had always been very independent and driven.

- When reader was 19 she moved to Tokyo to start dancing for a private and elite studio where she was hired.

- Reader, Gojo and Geto met when reader was 19.

- Gojo and Reader started officially dating about 5 months after meeting. Two months into their relationship Gojo had reader move in with him and Geto. Both boys were more than thrilled since reader was always with them anyways. They all lived in perfect harmony.

several people have expressed interest in learning more about quinn’s backstory in that fic and I guess I did drop a LOT of hints about it without really giving much away. I don’t really plan to explain it because I feel like whatever my readers will come up with will be more interesting than my actual idea, and I also prefer quinn to have that air of mystery. 

HOWEVER, I will clarify a few things:

quinn’s death was faked when he was thirteen and he’s been living as “quinn” ever since.

his mother is the one who named him quinn. she was not the one who named him is original name.

quinn’s mother worked for an intelligence agency.

she’s the one who taught quinn most of his tricks, including grifting and hand-to-hand combat.

quinn was never allowed to call her his mother; he always referred to her by her first name.

quinn spent his ordinary childhood years in the south; after he gained his current identity, he spent most of his teenage years bouncing around europe. 

quinn and his mother parted ways when he turned 18. 

quinn doesn’t actually know if she’s still alive or not. 

quinn has never served in any agency in the US.

eliot knows all of this, including quinn’s mother’s name and all the other details of quinn’s life.

that gives a pretty clear picture, I think? also, this is backstory I hc for quinn across ALL my canon-based e/q fics (whether eliot knows the backstory depends on the fic).

Also, is there a possibility in this series, that Gojo and Geto have had or currently have romantic feelings for each other? I notice its a head cannon for some fic writers that those two were romantically involved in their Juju-Tech days, or at least had feelings for each other.

Love Languages: Gojo and Geto are very different in the way they show love, their personalities are opposed but complementary. There will be a lot of experimenting with this new stage of their relationship but at the same time it won’t be as hard since the three of them were very close to begin with. There will be a lot of flash backs in the upcoming chapters what will show more in depth what their relationship was like before Gojo cheated on reader.

Spoiler: Geto is still resentful of course and in the coming chapter you will see exactly why!

Sato/Sugu: in my universe they have not explored a romantic relationship. Between them as well as with Geto/Reader they kept it purely platonic. Although it is clear they were closer than usual best friends.

Gojo and Geto used to live together until Reader and Gojo got married (yes! Reader also moved in with the guys before getting married).

Geto was a lot more involved in this weird love triangle before but if I say anymore it will be hardcore spoiling ;)
