This combination will be your new best friend for both you and your kiddos!! 💧Adults- 1-2 drops of each Lemon, Peppermint, and Lavender, 3-5 drops coconut oil, and apply to back of neck, across to top of your forehead, bottoms of feet, and inhale the aroma from your hands. Apply as needed. You can also do one drop of each oil in a glass of 4oz of water and drink that first thing in the morning. 💧Kiddos- In a 10ml roller bottle combine 3-5 drops each Lemon, Peppermint, and Lavender filled to the top with FCO and roll down spine, back of neck, bottoms of feet, and apply as needed!
