Bram Herne. A male witch born sometime in the 1800s, wanted for draining the life out of a small coven of witches in New Orleans. At first, Victor scoffed at the $4,500 bounty on his head. It seemed too small in comparison for the crimes committed, but he wasn't here to judge the morality of those who were willing to pay him for acts he used to do for free.

"Well, what do we have here?" A smaller man, one of Bram's minions, taunts as a blonde woman enters the pub. "A Morozova."

A what? Victor sets his jaw, slowly glancing up towards the entrance. Natalia, the last surviving Morozova, granddaughter of an old friend. Well, that's great fucking timing. Bram, and three other men, who he assumes are all witches, quickly surround her. What happens next, happens all too quickly. It's four against one. Not just anyone, but the one he'd sworn to protect. And yet, Victor remains seated in his booth, tucked away in the corner. He has a drink to finish.
