A thin sheen of sweat peppers her forehead. “I found you, I finally found you!” The path forks. Kureha walks a different path.

objectively speaking the school kureha and nasuka attended was a top tier prestigious school, where those attending are expected to go to a good university or otherwise get a respectable career. so the idea that kureha cut ties with everyone and then essentially vanished right after... that's an unusual thing for someone to do. it sounds to me like she graduated high school and then dedicated the rest of her time to being a CODE agent- the time she spent awake was spent on recon rather than actually living a life of her own.

but given all that. if so much of her life was CODE and they erased her memory... when she woke up the day after, did she know who she was? did she know what her purpose or goals in life were? how much of her personhood had been ripped from her then? how much of her remained? it's such a horrifying situation to be in.

and then despite all this. despite feeling like she woke up one day and lost herself. she ends up dreaming about high school and dreaming about nasuka. it's not lost to me that the nasuka in kureha's dream isn't meant to represent the actual, real-life nasuka. that's the nasuka that kureha either remembers from high school, or that she so deperately wants to be real.

given how the kurenasu moments go in her dream, it's clear that kureha's duty of being a CODE agent is an isolating thing for her. she thinks that because she has the ability to fight, she needs to protect those around her by leaving them behind. and yet she clearly still longs for a world where she isn't alone. even though she explicitly tells nasuka that she has to go at this alone, the nasuka IN HER DREAM still wants to fight with her! she reaches out to kureha anyway! even when her conscious mind is trying to assert her lone ranger attitude, her subconscious mind betrays this and shows us she really wants nasuka there with her.

Basketball 🏀 lol but to say something thats not explicitly stated in canon, I can totally see them being big into F1 racing. Following different racers, following the drama/politics, watching races, maybe even traveling to catch different races.
