My insane ramblings at 4AM

If anyone has any tips to practice/constructive criticism, please, ong, tell me, even if it is about what brushes to use.

Like, when they're playing an already existing character.

Mostly, I've seen this for Deltarune, but there's little bits and pieces for other fandoms. Why Deltarune specifically having a couple more from what I've seen? Researcher bias, probably, but I digress.

It started with this video:

I saw a meme about it, and I was like "Yup, let's see. I don't like ASMR, anyway, but it can't be that bad? This is probably just going to be shitpost ASMR-"

THE LEVEL OF BETRAYAL WHEN I SAW HOW HALF-ASSED THE BIT WAS.

THE SPEAKER DOESN'T EVEN MAKE AN ATTEMPT TO TALK LIKE TORIEL, THEIR FIRST LINE WAS "YO", AND IT JUST STAYS AT A WAY TOO CASUAL LEVEL. LIKE, OH MY GOD, I FEEL SO CHEATED, AND I DON'T EVEN LIKE ASMR. YOU HAD A BIT. YOU HAD SOME DECENT AUDIO MIXING (to be completely honest, audio quality itself wasn't bad.), A FUNNY PREMISE, AND YOU HALF. ASSED. THE. BIT. HOOKED ME ON SOMEHOW INTEGRATING GUNFIRE INTO ASMR WELL, AND THEN STRAIGHT UP GUT-PUNCHED ME LIKE I WAS KAKYOIN FIGHTING DIO.

Anyways now I'm spiraling, so here's my takes on some other random UTDR ASMRs I've found, from someone who really needs to sleep:

I'm scared how well they VA'd Flowery. It sounded perfect. The voice lines, the tone of dialogue being both intentionally slightly annoying but completely, 100% genuine. It's comforting. It also is just a good listen because it is really interesting seeing Flowery try to help Kris like he helped Ralsei. He knows Kris already caight onto his shtick, so he acts a bit more genuine towards them. I might need to revisit this, the writing's too good.

7/10 This is pretty average. Not an exact Tenna voice, and I think the dialogue is a bit clunky. Could have used a bit more leaning into it being a Tenna TV block with, idk, a half-assed theme or using another song.

Basically, the concept is that the Armored Core 6 we play, up until NG++, is basically just a bunch of simulations of the hypothetical outcomes of the war on Rubicon from ALLMIND, designed to figure out where they can initiate a coral release.

Like, idk, I know lucid dreaming kind of works, but, like, what if I find an article that says buying a copy of Click on Amazon and sleeping while on any paused frame of coffee has a 50% chance of turning you into a hot girl, and it works, what would I say to anyone?

Bob from Tem Village is the Egg Man.

obv, we know that Tem has egg, and the Egg man also has egg, thus the temmies are involved with the egg man.

But, think about it...who gave Temmie the egg in Undertale? We know the Egg Man speaks in fluent English, so it can't be any of the normal temmies we see on Tem Village, but the Egg Man that gave Temmie the egg has to be nearby...

AND BOB SPEAKS FLUENT ENGLISH. ITS GENIUS. TOBY HAS BEEN PLAYING US FROM THE START!!!!1!!!1!!!

Ib, the RPG Maker horror game, and Bubsy, from Bubsy 4D, and also the hellish nightmare scape known as Bubsy 3D.

Anyways, what even is the connection between these two?

There is a Bubsy fangame called "Bubsy 3D: Bubsy Visits the James Turrell Retrospective", which is a psychological/surreal horror game about Bubsy visiting the James Turrell retrospective and going to hell.

It somehow has the same "horror stemming from a living art gallery" premise as Ib, and that leads to the dumbest possible crossover possible.
