If everything worked out, who would Minato pick for babysitting Naruto? :) Would he adopt his team?
You realize âeverything worked outâ would involve multiple, alternate scenarios, right? For the sake of keeping my answer brief, Iâm going to assume something along the lines of my Icarus verse, i.e., Obito doesnât die via boulder and he, along with Kakashi manage to rescue Rin-churiki and Minato isnât late for once [consequently, he manages to temporarily stop the fuuin from going kablooie and team squishie, along with flake sensei returns to Konoha relatively unharmed].
Considering the aforementioned, they would be a lot closer, donât you think? Minato would never need to formally âadoptâ his team, per se. Add Kushina to the mix and theyâll probably have sleepovers four times a week. As Hokage, Minato will probably rely on those three more than anyone else, too - I could go on, but that isnât your question.Â
As far as babysitting goes, Minato would pick Rin - or all three of them. As long as Rin is involved, honestly. She is the voice of reason when it comes to Kakashi and Obito. Can you imagine leaving a chibi Naruto alone with either Kakashi or Obito, or both?Â
Again, add Kushina to the whole thing. You know what youâd get, masked reporter san? Armageddon. Just thinking about it is making the muse twitch.Â
