What exactly was (is) Narrator.exe? Itβs an experimental AI, re-programmed for entertaining some people in power. It is also a personification, Narratorβs computer and his avatar of sorts (at least it used to be, in times before he figured out how to make a hologram of himself)

Narrator.exe has been activated automatically, to replace him.Β Narrator.exe was nothing but an app; an early beta version of the Narration Core, edited to take a role of a virtual mobile assistant, to keep running the Parable non stop no matter what.Β Narrator.exe has an ability to learn, update and improve itself during the process of playing the Story. At some point it evolved fully and became an actualΒ sentient individual.Β Narrator.exe started a new session where he found (and hired!) a new Protagonist, created a couple of other mobileΒ assistants alike him (Mariella.exe and Curator.exe), added a few new endings even, and made the Story be great again keep runningΒ successfully for years. ||
