What's your favorite book?
This is going to be a very hard question because I LOVE SO MANY BOOKS
I don't think I can just pick one but here are some that I've read over and over:
The Harry Potter series. I literally grew up with them, I started reading them when I was 9 and the series finished when I was 18. So they were a huuuge part of my childhood.
Anything by Neil Gaiman. That man is a genius. I wish I could crawl into his brain and see how he thinks up his stuff, because iT'S SO GOOD, IN THAT WAY THAT MAKES YOU FEEL SUPER INADEQUATE AS A WRITER BUT ALSO INSPIRES YOU TO BE BETTER? IDK bUT I THINK I'D MARRY HIM IF I HAD THE CHANCE. In particular I recommend Stardust, Neverwhere, Smoke & Mirrors, Sandman: Dream Hunters and American Gods.
If you like historical fiction, Memoirs of a Geisha and The Other Boleyn Girl are both awesome books. Don't watch the movies though, they weren't very good.
The Diana Wynne Jones books are so much fun to read, she wrote Howl's Moving Castle. They're kinda aimed at a younger audience but I love them anyway cause they're so creative.
Annnd everyone who hasn't should read The Hunger Games. Idc if you thought the movie sucked, the books are way better.
And wow almost all of these recs got turned into movies. 0_o
