Wei Wuxian emerges from the toxic fog after achieving revenge but feeling lost. Jiang Cheng gives a hug in comfort, saying they should go home. Ouyang Zizhen interrupts to point to the fog and victims inside, asking if they were going to do anything about it.

Turns out Wei Wuxian prioritized eternal torment of the Wens and didn't make a cure for his fog. Jin Ling berates him, saying Jiujiu wouldn't be so vengeful, much to Jiang Cheng's own doubt. Regardless he sends off Zidian to bring a healing rain that washes away the fog and cleanses Koi Tower.

Jin Ling tells Jiang Cheng that he will not be going to Lotus Pier as planned, saying he needs to take responsibility for Koi Tower's mess and clean it up. The juniors are ready to help out, as is Jiang Cheng. But first he asks Wen Yuan about the piece of Jin Ling's robe he has been using as a bandana, asking what are his intentions. Wei Wuxian again throws everyone under the bus and reveals that not just Wen Yuan, but Lan Jingyi and Ouyang Zizhen all have feelings for Jin Ling. The comic concludes with Jiang Cheng embarrassing Jin Ling with his long shovel talk, which Wei Wuxian translates as a sign of approval.

I used to have an AU where Kasper got cured at the expense of his memories [again], and so Lampert was just so done that he basically left him alone to figure it out himself.. Mach, Unpleasant, and Pilby tried their best to help him remember everything, but nobody knew him as well as Lampert did, so there were gaps. Eventually, everything goes pretty much back to normal, except Kasper and Lampert aren't friends anymore.
