oh, i always love the potential of argyle and nancy interactions! how do you think they would go??
So like I love Nancy but sometimes she can be a bit judgy so I think at first it'd be a little like her and Robin tbh. But I also think like she'd be so happy/grateful that Argyle is so nice to the Byers family so I think they'd be fast friends after.
Argyle is always trying to get her high but she's like no no I'm good (I HC that Nancy had a bad exp with weed once and doesn't smoke but she's not judgy)
I like to think he'd come up with a different nickname than Nance for her. Like in my fic he calls her Fancy Nancy a lot but like affectionately I think he'd do Nan or just something completely unrelated.
I like to think they have matching friendship bracelets that Argyle made and like they both tease Jonathan about being mopey. And Nancy's always happy when Argyle randomly decides to visit. (Support Rich Kid Argyle Headcanon)
I also think they're the biggest conspiracy theorist. Like high Argyle and Drunk Nancy and sober Jonathan in the middle like pls stop and meanwhile they're badgering him to pack up the car and drive them out to Montauk.
I also have this annoying reoccurring plot bunny about the three of them living in L.A. the summer before Nancy and Jonathan's last year of college while Nancy is on internship and shenanigans ensue.
