I feel you on the anxiety before events. I didn’t go to a concert by myself until like two years ago, and I was dead ass doing breathing exercises to keep from panicking. Same with going to hockey games tbh. I always feel like I just don’t belong there initially, but once the show starts or the puck drops I’m good. I’m sure you’re gonna have a great time and this will be another memorable experience for you!!!!
thank you so much!! yeah it’s p much the same for me, like once doors open i can breathe. i’ve been to 100+ shows and i just don’t know why it never got better. In my mind i’m like chill? it’s literally fine why are you the way that you are???? but i love live music and concerts so much i don’t know why i’m taken over by anxiety before it starts. like literally all my experiences have been wonderful?? but yet! i keep thinking any and everything is going to go wrong at any given point.
