I appreciate that wakanda forever keeps up the age old tradition of namor Having A Really Good Point and Trying To Do Shit Diplomatically only for someone else to do something that forces him to go Sicko Mode and do something insane and hyper violent

I’ve been an unapologetic namor stan since like 2011-12 and all I gotta say is props to shuri for standing up to him so well her first time out the gate as blank panther and queen of wakanda. Also props to her for being genuinely open to trying to hash things out diplomatically at first. I think it’s part of the tragedy of all this is that after their initial discussion namor than wasn’t able to talk to ramonda monarch to monarch they likely could’ve worked something out. But everyone here is human and fallible so that doesn’t happen.
