what i hate most about italian is maybe the gl sound? not bc its bad but bc i cant pronounce it to save my life.... (like in foglio, coniglio, aglio etc)
funniest word is uhhh well its not funny in of itself but i cant hear the word paretaio without laughing... my brother loves finding absolutely absurd ways to say things and instead of "they tricked me" he started saying "mi ha teso un paretaio" where paretaio is a kind of bird hunting trap i always found that hilarious

I made myself soup today and standing over the pot, smelling its richness, and feeling the warmth.. I think it remade me a little. It's been a while since I've made soup, especially built it up from scratch, and it reminded me of when it was one of the few things I could eat. I was grateful for it then and still am grateful for it today.
