U suck.

Ava paused and stopped folding the covers of her bed. She hadn’t noticed Belle come in to the dorm but suddenly she could just feel her presence in the room, hear the soft sound of her breathing from the doorway. “I hate to admit it but I’m in the middle of sorting out this room. It’s a mess,” She whispered. The way her hands clenched around the sheets she’d been holding didn’t go unnoticed by herself though and suddenly getting the room sorted out was the last thing on her mind. Especially when she felt Belle’s smooth hands running down her arms. God, that girl moved with the silence of an owl. “....fine, but you have to let me get on with this later, Belle. For now though...” She smirked and pressed her hands down onto the bare mattress and cast a glance back over her shoulder.

Ava blinked and looked up from the book she’d been holding in her hand. She and Belle had just been lounging on her bed for the past hour now and barely a word had passed between them due to the fact they were involved in their respective notes and studies but really? Belle had chosen to break the silence with that. “You’re a what, Belle?” She asked slowly, folding the corner of her page before she set it down. She understood the first part of that word but she didn’t quite...probably because she’d never ventured into exactly what that kind of lifestyle entailed. “Wait...” She mumbled before sliding off the bed and moving toward her desk. She opened her laptop as she sat down then frowned as she began to tap at the keys, entering the word into her internet browser. “A dominatrix -plural, dominatrixes or dominatrices- or mistress is a woman who takes the dominant role in bondage, discipline -in the sexual-fetish sense of the word- and sadomasochism, or BDSM,” She read aloud before turning around in her chair and looking at the blonde. “I think you’re mistaken about who takes it in this relationship,” She teased before clambering up from her bed and crossing the room to kiss her girlfriend. “But don’t worry, I won’t let anyone know,”

Ava laughed loudly as Laura threw her arms around her and picked her up. She could hear the people cheering from the bleachers and she could hear the clapping and congratulatory shouts of their coach from the sideline. They’d won. They’d won their game against their biggest rivals and it had put them at the top of the league and they were gonna win the cup! They were going to win the cup any minute and she, Ava Lopez, had scored the winning basket. She had put them just two points ahead but they’d won! She’d taken it to the last second and she’d won. Sure, it hadn’t been an amazing score but what did she care? She’d won! They’d won! She turned around and stared across the court, just in time to see Belle Fabray walking toward her, that familiar grin on her cheeks and that beautiful glint in her eyes. “Did you see?” She asked enthusiastically as she jogged across the court toward her girlfriend. “I took it down the line and came back across the middle and then-” Suddenly lips were pressed to hers and her eyes widened, the words stolen in her throat. Seconds went by and then it felt like minutes before Belle finally moved away and Ava was left with a huge smile on her face and a flush against her cheek. “Wow...pretty sure I’ve just won twice now, screw the cup,” She laughed before grasping Belle around the hips and dipping her down to connect their lips once more. 

I hear you, I just have a hard time finding fics I like the concept of. Which means getting desperate and taking the chance. lol

That sucks. For me lately, I keep running into fanfics that I search via terms and don’t realize they’ve been abandoned. And, it’s always just at the crucial interesting bits its abandoned. *le sighs*

Aaaaw, that sucks. It’s why I always filter out results for completed because I really can’t take abandoned/unfinished stories as I’ve read too many to count. Isn’t it always like that though? The best part is usually where they left off.
