This is the part of the year where everyone talks about improvements in business and in their lives. Many industries have conventions that are an opportunity for self-improvement and skill development. I am going to be at #nada2023 where my focus will be to attend sessions and learn from some incredible people. I will also be walking around and learning about new tools & technology that allows me to better help the industry that I serve.
