They shine, they glow, they shimmer.

Yet, the mysterious thoughts I have about them grow slimmer and slimmer.

I hear them pass and I see them fall.

People say "Make a Wish" and the world will hear your call.

  I see them twinkle, brightly lighting up the sky.

Still, make a wish as it passes you by.

Look at the stars and think hard,

The meaning of them could be a wild card.

  To me, To me...I look at all the falling star.

Its a person lost in life, driving with a lost thought, in a lost car.

A human life is soon to be lost.

And the shooting stars are the payment. Its the cost.

  Everything in life has a price.

Could be time, money or even Jesus Christ.

But when I look at all these falling stars.

I think of every one of them as individual people.

Who have carried too much burdens and too much scars...
