Had a 4 second Uzuren Dream today, but it was the best nightmare I ever had. (ignore that it doesn't fit to the technologial state of the canon story. You know how dreams work.)
Tengen called Kyojuro's number, after he retired, but since he's dead noone answered. So his mailbox turned on and Tengen left a message:

Tengens reaction to Kyojuros death
I was always a bit dissapointed in how Tengen reacted when his crow told him about Koyjuro's death. But now after rewatching it, I see it with a different eye.
"So, even Rengoku couldn't beat an upper Rank demon?"
It sounds like he always saw Kyojuro as the strongest? 😭😭 (if we ignore Himejima)
It's so sad. Tengen was such a confident and flamboyant man. And ever since Kyojuro died, he started doubting himself and his skills. He became so insecure.... 😭😭
