I am a sugar addict. This snickers wrapper was right on point that day...hot mess! And it’s not all things sweet...I’m a sucker for some chocolate. Especially peanut butter M&Ms 😋🤤 I need to learn how to satisfy these cravings with fruit or yogurt instead. I can eat a ton of veggies, healthy carbs and lean protein during my main meals but I ruin it with dessert. Is abstaining the only way to kick a habit? Because I’m sure in some book somewhere it says we need chocolate to live....🤔
