In a space of beauty, and a span of 6 hours, we share personal wisdoms, flow in Afrikan Yoga, teach black feminist principles and self defense, talk about trauma, cry if we need to, learn about herbs, create and reflect about what it takes to emotionally and physically thrive in a patriarchal world.
